Diane is a visual artist based in Galway, Ireland. She qualified from GMIT, Galway with a B.A. in Art and Design (2008) and a B.A.(Hons) in Fine Art (2009).

Her 2008 work is based around representing the body from the inside out. Most of this work hinges on the theme of ageing, death and beauty. It is said that "time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician". Diane seeks to represent the beauty under the skin that evolves through time with the decay and breakdown of the human skeleton.

Her 2009 work deals with teenage culture and emotions. Most of this work hinges on the themes of intimate moments, innocence and mood swings. It is said that "Young people don't know what age is, and old people forget what youth was”. Diane seeks to capture changes in temperature, feelings and responses observed in this age group.

Diane also holds a degree in Computer Science and has worked for over 20 years in the IT industry.
